Why Doesn’t My Android Phone Have the 3D Dancing Bitmoji on Snapchat?

With the last few Snapchat updates, many Android users have been left behind. Their device isn’t compatible with the Snapchat Map, they can’t get certain face and world filters to come up and now they aren’t able to use the 3D Dancing Bimoji emoji. Unfortunately, older model Android phones are not capable because they do not have the technology to run these new features.

Below you will find a list of the Android phones that have issues with the Snapchat Map and could very well have issues with the new 3D Dancing Bitmoji:

HTC 626
Samsung Note 2
LG G3
Samsung galaxy S4 mini
Lg g2
Samsung Galaxy S3
Samsung Galaxy S5
Samsung Galaxy Mega 2
Samsung Galaxy S6
Huawei G7
Motorola DroidMAXX
Blu Studio XL
Samsung Duos
Samsung Note 3
Samsung Galaxy Grand 2
Alcatel Onetouch
LG G Flex
Samsung Galaxy tab 3
Samsung Galaxy Mega
Samsung Galaxy S Core Prime

Please comment below with the Android phone you are using and what problems you are having with Snapchat? Does your 3D Bitmoji not show up at all? Do you have the other face filters?

My bitmoji do come in the rear camera but it ain’t stationary..it moves like a sticker not at all 3D..it moves wherever my phone moves + I can’t record video with front-facing camera, as it makes a video with very low brightness (almost black) video whereas it’s fine with the back camera. Please help ASAP. My phone’s model is Coolpad Note-3 lite

I do not even get the option of using the 3d bitmoji’s. My Bitmoji is linked to my Snapchat, but none of the 3d lenses pop up on my screen and neither does the bitmoji. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled everything. My operating system is updated and so is the snapchat. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S8.
    Any help would be appreciated.
