Where to Find and Buy the Sold Out Selena by MAC line

On Monday, October 3rd, 2016, MAC released their new limited edition line called SELENA. Which, most people probably think was created by or for Selena Gomez, and, until I looked further into it, I thought that too…but with a bit of research, I found out that it was to remember the late Selena Quintanilla. Instantly, the line sold out in stores, and online. Everyone was doing whatever they had to do to get their hands on this beautiful collection. Now, again I say, it is sold out. EVERYWHERE.

So, I took it upon myself to look and see where y’all can get your hands on these beautiful products. I found that a bunch of the products were bought in bulk by people to sell online. Mainly, websites like Craigslist, eBay, Wish, and so on and so forth. But, with that being said, this means that the people that are selling the products are jacking the prices up to ridiculous amounts. If someone wants something bad enough, they will pay anything to get that product. Regardless how ridiculous the price is.

Personally, my favorite product is the powder blush duo in Techno Cumbia. The only place I found this product for sale was on eBay for $75.00; which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. Originally, this product is $29.00, which is still kind of high, but like said earlier, if you want something bad enough, you will pay whatever you have to pay to get that item. Since this item is so beautiful, I would definitely pay the $29.00 for the duo; but, $75.00? Absolutely not.

MAC recently stated on their website that they are doing everything they can to get these Selena products restocked in store and online. Hopefully, if you purchase off of a website other than MAC, you don’t fall victim to one of the websites that I listed above, because, how would you be sure that it is a legit item from MAC? (Unless you ask for proof of purchase, I.e being a receipt, or some other form of proof.) That’s the thing… you would never know unless you had access to a real product from the line.

Now, I am not saying that you shouldn’t buy the products offline, I am just saying that it would be better for you to wait until MAC gets the products back in stock, and for you to just order it directly from them. It’ll ultimately save you money in the long run ,and you will know that you are getting a legitimate product.
