There are many issues that could arise within GMail for Google Apps. One of the biggest concerns is getting hacked and having users from across the globe access your private information. You will want to fix this as quickly as possible and the best way to do so is to contact Google directly. Here is how you do it.
First, you will sign in to admin.google.com. After logging in you will see the Google Apps admin console that looks like this:
On the upper right, there is a question mark. When you click the question mark you can ask a question or find the most commonly asked questions. Here is what it looks like:
The first option is “How to contact Google Apps support”. Click this option. If this is not one of the top options just type in “contact” in the search help box and it should show up.
After clicking the “How to contact Google Apps support” option you will be prompted to a new screen. You will need to scroll down to the first set of instructions. It will look like this:
If you want to call Google you will first need a Support PIN. Click the Support Pin hyperlink before calling the 1-877 number. After clicking the Support PIN hyperlink you will see this screen:
Under To locate your PIN you will see #1 with the option to click the link to “support page in the Google Admin console”. Click this link.
It will ask you to sign in again under the administrator who purchased the Google Apps for your business email. Make certain you login in as the owner of the Google Apps account. After logging in you will see this screen:
When you click the “Get Pin” hyperlink you will be given an eight digit PIN that expires in one hour. When you call Google at 1-877-355-5787 you will be asked to type in the PIN before you will be able to speak to a representative. Once you enter the PIN a representative will be with you within a few minutes unless it is a very busy time for them. We have never had to wait more than a few minutes.
Note that Google will ask you your name to follow up with an email explaining the details of the call. If you are calling for someone else you can use your own name but mention you are calling as a representative of another individual that owns the Google Apps account.
