Why are Snapchat Map Bitmoji Orange and Black Trick or Treat Bags Full?

We are now seeing more and more orange and black trick or treating bags or sacks on the Snapchat Map with Bitmojis. Some are full of candy and some are completely empty. Why is this the case? Is there a way in which users can make sure their bag is full? Does it have to do with the amount of time Snapchat users are out and about? The longer you are out, the more full of candy your black or orange bag is?

If you have tested this out and know the reasoning behind the bag being full or empty, please comment below to let us know. We would like to figure out why some bags are full and some are not.

It’s because they are not in the bag and that they are the orange ones on halloween when they are empty or full
