Does Star Wars The Last Jedi Have an After Credits Scene?

UPDATE: Fans should stay after the credits as there is a tribute to Carrie Fisher which will likely say “For our special princess – Carrie Fisher”.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi will likely have the biggest opening for a movie in history. Some are predicting it could garner as much as $250 million on the first weekend. With moviegoers itching for a huge hit, it should come as no surprise to see the 8th Star Wars movie reach $200 million rather quickly. If you are going on Thursday night, Friday, Saturday or Sunday you will be one of the first to see it. So, is there an after credits scene you should stay for?

Many media outlets are telling fans to stay in their seats throughout the credits. As you know, after Star Wars: The Force Awakens (Episode 7) there were rumors of an after credits scene but they never came to fruition. There were some Easter eggs in the blu ray edition DVD in which we hear Darth Vader’s breathing which would would assume would be Kylo Ren.

Do you think there will be a scene after the credit of Star Wars: The Last Jedi? Will it be a prediction of the new Han Solo movie? Will it tell us something about Episode 9? Will it be a clip of Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher)?
