On Monday, September 9th, 2019 Snapchat Chat is not working. When you try to send a chat to someone it says “Failed to Send – Tap to chat”. When you “tap to chat”, there is a spinning wheel and it does not send. No, this person has not blocked you or they don’t have you on mute or ignore. Snapchat chat is down right now.
